- ... Uncertainty of Death - Does make, constitute this to be my last Will and Testament, unless set aside by another.
- I share to my two sons John and James, two hundred Acres of land on which they are now settled in Jefferson Co., TN to be laid off agreeable to a Bond they have of me.
- One hundred fifty Acres, including the old improvements on the upper end of the place sold or leased or rented year by year for the use of my wife and minor children at her direction.
- The rest of that track of land I own to be sold or divided between David, Patrick, William and Robert my sons, they paying my daughter Sarah Campbell, forty dollars and to Elizabeth Davis, forty dollars or value thereof in property.
- My land in Knox County, TN., I share with who_ property is there on for my Wife and Minor Children during her lifetime.
- At my wife's Death to be my daughter Janes or (Jean) and her land in Knox County., TN. to be my son Joseph's, my land in Jefferson Co., TN to be for my son Samuel and his assigns he pays his sister Mary the sum of One hundred forty dollars or property of equal value after it falls to him.
- My wife Elizabeth is hereby appointed Executer with the assistance of my son John and my Son in Law John Campbell to execute this Last Will and Testament.
