Marr 1727 Janet THOMSON (d. 22mar1772) dau of Thomas Thomson, Glasgow merchant (Fasti Ecclesiae Scoticanae). Patrick became Burgess and G.B. of Glasgow 22dec1725 (catalogue of Old Glasgow Exhibition, 1894, information given by Mrs. Maxwell, the Cottage, Irvine).
