    BURIAL: Buried in the Pioneer Cemetery in Lebanon, Warren County, Ohio, next to husband William Sellers (5 December 1797 - July 1, 1844).

    GRAVESTONE: Gravestone locationed and photographed in the Pioneer Cemetery. It is a huge, thick stone in excellent condition and easy to read. Inscription on Parthena's gravestone reads:

    Sacred
    to the memory of
    PARTHENA,
    Consort of
    WILLIAM SELLERS,
    Who departed this life
    April 30th 1828;
    Aged 26 years
    9 months & 22 days.
    --.--
    The months of affliction are Oer
    The days and the nights of distress
    We see her in anguish no more
    She has gained her happy release.

    BIOGRAPHY: Though deceased, she was specifically mentioned in the will of her father, James Harrison, that was filed 11 July 1832 in Warren County, Ohio. Heirs included in James Harrison's will were the "children of dec'd dau. Parthena".
