Will Gift Question William Gillings and Alfred Claude Pearce, of Cleve, the executors of the last will of Conrad Albert Traeger, formerly of Cleve and Gawler, and late of Smith-Dorrien street, Galway Estate, sought a direction whether Anthony Wayne Traeger, a posthumous son of Oscar Wilfred Traeger, of Gawler, a son of C. A. Traeger, was entitled to the share of C. A. Traeger's estate which O. W. Traeger would have taken if he had survived C. A. Traeger. Affidavits set out that C. A. Traeger died on March 10, 1947, that O. W. Traeger died on March (sic) 7, 1946; and that A. W. Traeger was born on January 24, 1947. The defendants were Christian Herman Traeger, a son of the testator, representing the residuary legatees, and A. W. Traeger. His Honor found that A. W. Traeger was entitled to take his father's share in the residue of the grandfather's estate. Miss R. F. Mitchell for the executors; Mr. R. F. Newman for C. H. Traeger; Mr. J. K. Alderman for A. W. Traeger.
