Orin R. Easterday, 77, of Rt. 1, Dellroy, died Friday in Valley Manor Nursing Home at New Philadelphia after an extended illness. He was a retired employee of Good Roads Machinery Co. in Minerva. Mr. Easterday attended the Dellroy Church of the Nazarene. His wife, Treva, died in 1968.
Surviving are a son, John of Dellroy; four daughters, Mrs. Clyde (Mary) Whitehair and Mrs. Alvin (Ann) Coffy, both of Dellroy, Mrs. Marion (Gladys) Gamble of Carrollton and Mrs. Lester (Betty) Stahlecker of Dover; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Services were Monday at the Sweeney Funeral Home in Carrollton with Rev. James Conkey officiating. Burial was in Westview Cemetery, in Carrollton.
