In 1978 when the Benintendi Family Book was produced, the letter from Orazio to Bert Hurn states that he migrated to France for a few years, but returned to San Giovanni Bianco, and for 18 years had been in the paper business. He says he has 10 children, and that he is the only one living in the paternal home, the 800 year old Benintendi family home. (The address on his letter was: Benintendi Orazio; Cornalita S. Giove. Bianco; Peia Bergoino, Italy.)
