Will of Olney Hall

I Olney Hall of the Town of Phelps in the County of Ontario and State of New York mindful of the uncertainty of human life do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner following: First after payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I( can't make out next several words) to my wife Lucretia Hall all my estate both real and personal. Second I hereby nominate and appoint my wife the said Lucretia Hall sole executrix of this my last will and testament, In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of April 1871.

The Petition of Lucretia Hall of the Town of Phelps in the County of Ontario respectfully showeth: That Olney Hall late of the Town of Phelps in the said County of Ontario, deceased, died in the Town of Phelps on or about the 9th day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred seventy one being at that time an inhabitant of the County of Ontario; that he died, leaving a last Will and Testament, which is now produced in the Surrogate's Court of the said County of Ontario, before the said Surrogate, which bears date the 18th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred seventy one and by which said last Will and Testament the said deceased nominated and appointed the said Lucretia Hall executix thereof; that the said deceased died possessed of real and personal estate in the said County of Ontario, which does not exceed in value in value about $ 1100.1111 and that the following named persons are all the heirs-at-law and next of kin of the said deceased, and their respective places of residence are as follows, viz: Lucretia Hall widow Phelps, N.Y. William W Hall Phelps, N.Y. John Hall exact residence not known somewhere Ontario County New York. Helen Bruzie Phelps, N.Y. Mary Jane Corwin Town of Hopewell county of Ontario who are all of full age and are children of the deceased.
