October 30, 1891 Town Board Meeting The Town Board met at Powell's hotel at Pearsalls on Tuesday, and granted Oyster Licenses as follows: Oliver Abrams and Lorenzo Jackson Nearly all of these licenses were for one man each, but this seems to be one license for the two men. Perhaps they were in partnership with one another?? I (Janie) have come to believe these men were cousins. See notes under 'Mr. Jackson'.
