"WARDWELL, Olive C. 84, a residentof Montgomery, Alabama died Monday, October 31, 2005. Funeral services will be held on Thursday,November 3, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Leak-Memory Chapel with the Rev. Johnny Jones officiating. Mrs.Wardwell is survived by two daughters, Judy Bell (Ben) of Eddington,Maine and Karen Johnson of Rome, Georgia; one sister, Opal Brown of Nutley, NJ; She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, three sisters-in-law, close friends, Shelby and Phil Payne and two very special friends Merle DeGroff and Helen Hill. The family is requesting that no flowers be sent. Instead they are encouraging all of her friends and loved ones to make a memorial contribution to the First Assembly of God, Montgomery, Alabama on Bell Road." -The Montgomery Advertiser (Alabama) 03 November 2005
