Kittels Olsen [Nielsen written above, but Olsen not struck out] og Siri Olsdtr Bertelilie, født 2 April 1854

This must have been Kari's twin, even though the birth date is not the same. Possibly Kari was born before midnight and the stillborn twin delivered after midnight.

'Tvillingane Kari og Olav døydde truleg båe i barneåra. I kyrkjeboka finn ein berre nemnd vesle Kari, som døydde 1 år gamal, broren Olav er vel utegløymd.'

translation: Twins Kari and Olav probably both died in childhood. The church records mention only little Kari, who died 1 year old; her brother Olav is overlooked.

It appears that the authors did not notice the parish record of Kari's stillborn twin. Therefore, they must have his name from another source - possibly a family bible.
