That census reports Robert, Mary, and Charles having a father born in IL, not OH where Obed was born.And, an additional child, Allen, was born 1882. Some of the last children may have been from other families. (In some census takers' handwriting, OH and IL can be confused.) 4. Obed died of "Typhoid Fever"; duration of illness "1 yr 30 days". (Death record)
