Ison Spradlin, 76, of Pickerington, died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2005, at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. She was a cook for Johnston Nursing Home. She was a former member of Oho Apostolic Church of Jesus Inc. in Columbus. She is survived by daughter, Regina (Thomas) Spradlin of Pickerington; four sons, Rod (Renee') Ison, Lanny Ison, both of Reynoldsburg, Larry Ison of Pickerington and James Ison of Lancaster; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Rupert and Hazel Evans; two brothers, James Gordon and Troy Alan Stanley. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Johnson-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Baltimore, with Pastor James Price officiating. Burial will follow in Union Evangelical Cemetery.
