Ninian [3], b 1696, d 1780. In his father Charles’ will of 1740 he received land located between Mill Branch and Pine Branch, P.G. Co.
Ninian’s will was probated Sept. 22, 1780. Liber T, No. 1, folio 125, P.G. Co. His will disposes of no real estate; only money and personal property. His children received “five shillings and no more.” This indicates that he had already divided his land and stock among his children.
