"Nimrod Foster was born and grew to manhood in Prince William Co., VA where he met and married Elizabeth Brown. In 1795 they moved to Monroe Co., W. VA and in 1800 to Nicholas County, VA where both are buried. Their children: ISAAC – JOHN – SANDY (GRIGSBY) – MICHAEL -- MOLLY – PEYTON –TURLEY -- PRESLEY – ELIZABETH m. DAVID MILLER – DOCEA m. JAMES BOGGS, who deserted her and their children, unnamed.
