Nikulas Anundsson var lagrettesmann på Klevar i mars 1480 (DN XIII 108) og alt i 1465 ved eit gardsal på Askilt i Bø (DN VII 459). I 1510 selde han og kona hans 6 øyresbol i Bjanes i Tjølling ...'

translation: Nikulas (Nils) Anundsson [child of Anund Solvesson] lived first at Hem, then at Asdal in Bamble, which he received as a maternal inheritance; married to Gudrun Torsd. ...
