Nicholas came to America on the "Loyal Judith" and arrived in Philadelphia on September 3, 1739. He settled near Reading Pennsylvania and later moved to Troy Hill near Philipsburg, Pennsylvania. Nicholas and his wife are buried in Troy Hill, Pennsylvania.
