Co., and Spries Hills," Cecil Co., on condition that her husband Charles Diggs will make over to sister Mary Neale and hrs. all rights and interests in lands in Prince George's County., where dwelling now stands; should he refuse, 2 tracts last name revert to said sister Mary and heirs. Sister Mary Neale and heirs., 1,500 Acres "Barbados," Charles Co., exchanged with John Diggs. Sister Elizabeth Darnall and Heirs., dwelling Plantation part of "Delbrook Mannor": 3 tracts near St. Mary's C.H., which Maria Farthing formerly had, tract adjoining. Sister Dorothy and Heirs., "Golden Grove," Dorchester Co. Mrs. Mary Young, St. Mary's Co., "Workington" during life; after her decease to revert to sister Elizabeth Afsd., and personalty.
