Will of Nicholas Fartick of the County of Shenandoah in the State of Virginia.

And at a Court held for the County of Shenandoah on Monday the 8 day of December 1834 Andrew Fartick who was appointed Exor. on the estate of Nicholas Fartick dec'd by his last Will and Testament which was proven & admitted to record at October Court last and who was duly sworn as such at that Court but failed to give his bond conditioned as the law directs. This day came into Court and executed and acknowledged his individual bond with condition according to law in the penalty of five thousand dollars the said Will directing that no Security shall be required of him Certificate is granted him for obtaining probate thereof in due form.
