March 16, 1990 page 3 Mountain Democrat, Placerville, California Nicholas Glenn Carter, 42, of San Antonio, Texas, died March 10 of natural causes in a San Antonio hospital. He was a former 20-year reasident of El Dorado County and was a 1965 graduate of Ponderosa High School. While in the county he had worked at KAHI. At the time of his death, he was a college professor. Mr. Carter is survived by his mother Clare Carter of Nevada; brother John Carter of Kentucky; and sister Jill Wayland of Placerville. He was preceded in death by his father Glenn Carter.

June 5, 1969 Page 22 Mountain Democrat, Placerville, California Nick Carter takes bride Judy Heal, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Heal of Provo, Utah, became the bride of Nick Carter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Carter of El Dorado. The wedding ceremony was performed in May at the Latter Day Saints church of Las Vegas, Nevada, by bishop Kurth. Both the bride’s and bridegroom’s parents attended the affair. Carter graduated form Ponderosa high school in 1965. Both he and his bride are graduating from the college of Southern Utah with bacehlor of arts degrees. She is a certified teacher and Nick will attend the University of Arizona in Tucson.

August 3, 1972 page 2 Mountain Democrat, Placerville, California Nick Carter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Carter of El Dorado, is assistant stage manager this summer at the Utah Shakesperean Festival at Cedar City, Utah. He lives with his wife, Judy, in Amarillo, Texas. She is box office manager for the USF season in Cedar City, which runs from July 13-August 12, on the campus of Southern Utah state colletd. Both are graduates of the college and have worked several seasons at the festival. Nick was technical director for the Amarillo Little Theatre for two years. His wife has worked five seasons as a festival actriss and technician and has appeared in several campus productions. She teaches at Amarillo high school.
