JUL 1762 Court term 7/1762 in Johnston County, NC, minutes, John Lee and James Watson executors of Nicholas Baucomb, delivered into court an inventory of the estate of Nicholas Baucomb on oath.

OCT 1764 Exhibited into court on oath, two accts. Against the estate of Nicholas Bawcumb by James Watson and ordered to be filed.

OCT 1764 The court appoints Needham Bryan and William Bryan Esquires to _____audit the accts of the executors of Nicholas Baucombe

JAN 1765 A deed from the executors of Nicholas Baucom deceased was in court duly proved by the oath of John Brown and ordered to be registered.

JAN 1765 Ordered that William Bryan and Needham Bryan esqrs audit of the accounts of Nicholas Baucome late of Johnston County, Deceased, appointed by ordered of last court, and make report thereof next court.

JUL 1765 A committee being appointed to audit the executors accounts against the estate of Nicholas Baugcomb deceased, they accordingly settled the same and returned the accounts to the court. Ordered to be filed.
