From oral interview with Luther Leroy Allen March 1997 he said that he could not recall the maiden name of his grandmother, nor the first name of his grandfather Allen. He knew that the she was a widow and later married a man named James R. Fullerton, a widower. There were sibling and half-sibling of his father Alva (called Ben), but he was confused as to all relationships and names. He knew there was a Clyde, and a Minnie who married Frank Seasholtz (they had children Betty and Ruth). He thought there was another sibling called Jessie who married Clyde Lesson and they had a daughter Regina. He thought Fullerton had some children with his first wife (really was not sure which children were whose).
