He married second,Emily Hyde, in 1865. Birth year on shared Tombstone for Emily Alden reads as 1813. Believe it should read as 1833. Emily died in 1914. Known children born to Nial and Phebe were: Minor Clifford Alden,(died Spokane, Wa.),& Orin B. Alden. Children born to Nial and his second wife, Emily were: Arthur N., Anson E., Nial T. Jr., Emily "Emma", and Frank Jay Alden.
