Notes

Neomi Pepper likely died before her father William Pepper wrote his will in Montgomery County, Virginia. In his will, William named the rest of Neomi's siblings, but in her case, he listed "grandchildren Catherine, William, Stephen and Jane Ruddle", an indication that Neomi had already passed on.
