                                 Nellie Cecile Taylor
  Mrs. Nellie Cecile Taylor, beloved wife of J. W. Taylor of High River,

passed away in High River Hospital on Sept. 27 after an illness of five months. She was 31 years of age at the time of her death.

  Born in High River, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Cooper, she

attended school at the Little Bow and High River, High School. She was married in May 1939 to J. W. Taylor, and had resided in Calgary and High River districts since that time.

 Surviving her are her husband and two daughters, Jacqueline and Garnett;

her parents, three sisters and a brother, the sisters are Mrs. E.M. Hogg of High River and Lois of High River; Mrs. N.H. Barnes of Calgary; the brother is Lawrence Cooper of High River. The deep sympathy of friends is extended to the family in the loss of a much loved young woman.

  Requiem mass was held at St. Francis church on Friday morning at 10 a.m.

with Father Fitzpatrick officiating. There was a large attendance of sympathetic friends, and pallbearers were Fred Fraser, Wm. Hogg, Scott Eilis and Gordon Seney, interment was in the Highwood cemetery, with the Snodgrass Home in charge of arrangements."
