Facts and Events
Name Nehemiah Chandler
Gender Male
Birth[1] 1703 Andover, Essex, Massachusetts, United States
Death[2][3] 9 Sep 1756 Tyringham, Berkshire, Massachusetts, United Statesd. at "No. One" (i.e. Tyringham)

Allen's work says he "died at noon in his 54th year", but this is a misreading and misinterpretation of the memorial stone.[4] The inscription is clear and says "at No. one".[3] Other records show he died while with a militia unit traveling to New York during the French and Indian War.

Here is the will of Nehemiah Chandler as given in the Chandler genealogy:[2]
