    21 Aug 1685: Division of estate of Peter Oliver, late of Boston, merchant, father of parties, including Mary, wife of Nath'll Williams of Boston, merchant.
    20 Feb 1710/11: Deed of Nathaniel Williams of Boston merchant, Nathaniel Williams Jun'r Gent., Oliver Williams merchant, William Lowder and Mary his wife, and Sarah Williams, children of Nathaniel Williams first named and of Mary his wife, decd, convey to John Lothrop part of estate of Mr. Peter Oliver of Boston.
    Will of Nathaniel Williams of Boston, merchant, dated 6 Feb 1700, proved 28 Dec 1714, mentions obligation to Mr. William Harris feofee in trust for Mrs. Sarah Crisp widow as condition of marriage; children Oliver, James, Mary and Sarah Williams; eldest son Nathaniel. Sons Nathaniel, Oliver and James executors, but on 28 Dec 1714 Nathaniel "only surviving executor named in will". Codicil dated 22 Dec 1714 mentions loving wife Sarah Williams. Inventory dated 31 Dec 1714.
