    Will of "Nathaniel Whittemore of Harvard ... yeoman", dated 26 May 1765, proved 13 Mar 1769, names "my now married wife Abigail Whittemore" [see following comment], daughter Abigail Waldo, heirs of daughter Huldah Cleverly Deceased viz Stephen and Nathaniel Cleverly, daughter Mary Willard, grand daughter Esther Whittemore, servant Linn given land and freedom, servant Peg freedom, furniture, and use of land as long as she is single, residue to son Nathaniel Whittemore. Son Nathaniel to be executor.
    [Note: normally language like "now married wife" indicates a previous wife. Such is not known and presumably would have been a short marriage prior to Abigail without any issue, if it did indeed exist? We know he was married to Abigail Blood in 1750 when her father's estate was divided, but it is also possible that he married a 2nd woman also named Abigail.]
