In the 1810 United States Census, Nathaniel Seaver was a head of household residing on Purchase Street in Boston 9th Ward, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. The household included two free white males under age 10, one free white male aged 10 to 16, one free white male aged 26 to 45, one free white female under age 10 and one free white female aged 26 to 45 (1810 United States Census Population Schedule, Boston 9th Ward, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, Page 201, FHL Microfilm 0,205,629).

In the 1850 US census, the Hannah Seaver family in Boston 10th Ward included Hannah (age 72, born MA), Horace (age 37, painter, born MA), and William (age 36, varnisher, born MA). [LDS Microfilm 0,443,556, page 325, house 163, family 316.]

In the 1860 census, the William Seaver household in Boston 9th Ward included William (age 47, real property $3000, born MA), Lydia (age 39, born ME), Horace (age 49, editor, born MA), and Hannah (age 82, born MA). [LDS Microfilm 0,853,522, page 784, house 407, family 584 and 585].
