Came to Boston in the Lion, 1632; settled at Cambridge, freeman 6 Nov. 1632; rem. to Hartford 1636, and to Norwalk 1652, where he was prominent, and d. in 1681/2. … Will 7 Oct. 1681; aged 77 yrs.; wife "Rozimon", Exec'x; son Joseph Ketcham, house and homestead; sons John Hoyt, John Fitch, and Ralph Keeler, lands; also refers to preceding as his four sons-in-law; to Samuel Hayes, my pasture lot; to Rev. Mr. Thomas Hanford; to Rebecca "Garuet" (now Rebecca Waller), one cow and one yearling heifer. Inv. 9 Feb. 1681 [1681/2], Agreement of heirs made 14 Mar. 1681/2 by widow, the four sons-in-law and Samuel Hayes, refers to land sold to Samuel Baldwin.
