    Petition of John M. Finch of village of Hornellville, son of Nathaniel Finch late of village of Hornellville, county of Steuben, died a natural death. Said intestate left kindred entitled to this estate; - Samantha Finch, widow; Phebe S. Morris, widow of Aaron Morris; James B. Finch; Calista V. Finch; Nathaniel P.T. Finch, all o full age. Franklin F. Finch, a minor; your petitioner John M. Finch of full age, all residing in Hornellville and only surviving children of said intestate. Filed Feb 14, 1866.
