Facts and Events
Nathaniel Everett came to Kent County Maryland 1662 or earlier. He demanded land for transportation of himself, Elinor his wife, and Mary his child; and on 4 Apr 1665 he received a warrant for 250 acres. On 2 July there was laid out for Nathaniel Everett and Andrew Skimmer a tract of 400 acres called Waterford. He owned many tracts of land. ie New Forest; Fare Harbour 200 acres; Winton on the south side of Chester River in Talbot County 500 acres; Reward; Adventure 92.5 acres. Nathaniel Everett was made a Gentleman Commissioner or Judge in his Majesty's Province of Maryland for Kent County. References
