[edit] Records of Nathaniel BighamRevolution War Services: 1790, Nathaniel, while living in Tennessee, was paid six pence for services in the Revolution War Revolution War accounts, volume 6, 1378, page 9, folio 1780-1781.. September 17, 1800, Nathaniel Bigham was promoted to the rank of Ensign in the Militia of Blount County, Tennessee. He served in the Militia until 1811. From 1801 to sometime before 1806, Nathaniel was called to Marysville, Blount County, Tennessee to serve on jury duty many times. In November of 1804 he was called to serve on the Court of Appeals. October 13, 1806 Nathaniel sells land he owns in Blount County. This sale was registered in 1806. Nathaniel Bigham is listed on the tax roll of Franklin County for 1812.
