Cordwainer being apprehensive that the time of my departure from this Life is at hand; and Labouring under great infirmities of body", dated 24 May 1749, proved 20 Nov 1749, all moveables and improvement of real estate to wife Mehetable ["for the bringing up of my well beloved Child'n Named Mehetable and Nathanael ... until they come of age"], 1/3 to of real estate to "daughter Mehetable aged about 2 years and 8 months", 2/3 of real estate to "son Nathaniel aged about 7 months"; if both children die, real estate 1/2 to wife, 1/2 divided between "my four youngest brethren and sister". Benjamin Burnet jun'r of Hopkinton and wife Mehetable to be executors.
