    "Nathaniel (Dumbleton), b. 10 June 1664; d. at Springfield, 13 Feb. 1736/7; m. at Northampton, 29 Dec. 1696, Hannah3 Allen … , b. at Northampton, Mass., abt. 1675, d. abt. 1745, dau. of John1 and Mary (Hannum) Allen. Administration on the estate of Nathaniel Dumbleton was granted to John and Samuel Dumbleton, 8 Mar. 1736/7. Samuel Dumbleton was appointed guardian, 14 May 1739, to Mary Dumbleton, one of the heirs, who is non compos mentis. The total estate amounted to £1665.15.2 in real estate and £213.8.5 in personal estate. The widow, Hannah Dumbleton, was to have a third forever. Sums had been advanced to the daughters Elizabeth Walker and Hannah wife of Lamberton Cooper. The final settlement was a double share to the eldest son John, single shares to the son Samuel and to Mary Dumbleton, and Lamberton Cooper, Jr., was to have £156.3. of his uncle, John Dumbleton."
