Brainard says that Nathan married Mary _____ and died at St. Albans, VT. Children were Jedediah, Nathan b. 3/26/1772, Hezekiah, and two daughters. Brainard also states that this Hezekiah may be identical with Hezekiah who married Amy Thompson and died in Otto, NY.

From the Holley/Brainard book

There is no record of these [his] children's births at Wallingford. The list is conjectural. Nathan Scoville and wife removed to Wallingford-Meriden before 1757 and sold small piece of land, house and shop there in 1764. About 1777 or 1778 he removed with his brother Thomas to Lempster, N.H. He may be the Nathan Scoville later at St. Albans, Vt., in 1791 or 1793. He was a blacksmith by trade.
