Nathan Dempsey Ricker, 80, died following a stroke. Services were held at First Baptist Church with burial at Mt. Zion cemetery, near Lacasa.
Ricker, retired stock farmer, lived in Stephens County since 1895, coming here from Nashville, Tennesseee. He settled near Lacasa and had lived there - Ranger, Cisco, Breckenridge, ever since.
He was living at the home of his son, H.G. Ricker at the time of his death. He moved to Breckenridge from Cisco four months before his death.
Survived by two sons - H.G. and C.P. Ricker; one daughter - Mrs. G.W. Barnes; one brother - B.F. Ricker.
