In 1842 Moved to Rock County, Beloit Wi. Beloit was then a small village there being but three houses on the west side of the river. Their family consisted of seven children.

In both, the Obituary of Mrs. N. D. Colby and Nathan's, it said they moved to Beloit in 1847.

Also said he remarried after the death of Sybil.

Ebenezer Colby was born abt 1777/8 in Wiscasset, ME. He has Ref. No. FTJ#2730. He was married to Nancy Daggett on Jan. 12, 1809. Nancy Daggett has Ref. No. FTJ#2731. Ebenezer Colby and Nancy Daggett had the seven children:
