Naomi H. Bair, 86, a long-time resident of Hanover, PA passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Discovery Commons in North Port, FL.
Born on Sunday, May 16, 1937 in Littlestown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Charles Edward Koontz, Sr. and Treva Amelia Krumrine Koontz. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Dale G. Bair; daughter Brenda Smith; grandson, Michael Bair; and son-in-law, Richard Smith. Naomi was involved with cub scouts and was a member of Trinity U.C.C, where she was involved in many church activities, including the PAL program and toy workshop.
Survivors include four of her children, Timothy Bair and his wife, Terri, of Augusta, GA, Edward Bair and his wife, Jana-Lee, of North Port, FL, Dean Bair and his wife, Sarah, of Bloomington, NY, and Connie Mae Bair and her husband, David Mescher, of Trenton, MI; four siblings, Charles (Ike) Koontz, Jr., of Virginia, Mildred Dehoff, of Maryland, Ruth Rucker, and David Koontz, both of Pennsylvania; 15 grandchildren; and 26 great grandchildren.
