The Will of Nancy Mabry was dated 11 Oct. 1871, probated August Court 1873 and recorded in Will Book 51, Page 64, Warren Co., North Carolina, provides as follows:
All my property to my children and grandchildren, namely (1) the three children of Martha T. Buchanan; (2) the children of James C. Buchanan, namely Susan, Dorson, and Henty Buchanan; (3) Lucretia Newman; (4) Eleanor N. Turner; (5) Charles Mabry; (6) Sarah L. Watkins; (7) Julia Ann Mabry; (8) Stephen G. Mabry; (9) Phoebe G. Hagwood; (10) Len S. Mabry; and (11) my grandson Thomas J. Tunstall. To my grandson William J. Mabry - one gray horse. Ex. son Stephen G. Mabry Wit. John H. Bullock, H.R. Moss (Probate indicates the children of Martha T. Buchanan were residents of Ballard Countv, Kentucky; as well as Charles Mabry, Leonard S. Mabry, Eleanor Turner, Phoebe Hagwood and Thomas J. Tunstall. Julia Ann Mabry had died since the death of Nancy Mabry. All were of age except Thomas J. Tunstall.
