    Mrs. Nancy M. Stone died at the home of her son, Ernest F. Stone at five o'clock Monday evening. Mrs. Stone had been ill five weeks and death resulted from pneumonia. Mrs. Stone was born in Cuyler, N. Y., Dec. 28, 1825. Her father's family moved to the town of Genesee when she was quite young and settled on a farm near the town of Little Genesee on what is now the B. O. Coon farm. In 1843 she was united in marriage to Israel H. Stone, and they settles in Genesee where Mr. Stone worked at the carpenter trade. Mr. Stone died in 1881 and since his death Mrs. Stone has made her home with her son, Ernest F. Stone in Bolivar. Mrs. Stone was for forty years, a member of the Seventh Day Baptist church at Little Genesee.
    She leaves two sisters, Mrs. Horace Collins of Westons Mills and Mrs. D. M. Burdick of Little Genesee, one brother, W. R. Maxson of Little Genesee, a daughter, Mrs. Rozelia Doan of Austin, Pa., and three sons, Ernest F. Stone of Bolivar, Frank S. Stone of Hyde Park, Mass., and A. R. Stone of Lisbon, N. D.
    Funeral services were held at the house yesterday afternoon at two o'clock, conducted by Rev. F. W. Berlin, assisted by Rev. Coon of Little Genesee. Members of the family served as bearers. Mrs. Stone was a woman of true Christian character and beloved by many friends. The body was interred at the Genesee cemetery beside that of her husband.
