(Note that there is a discrepancy for the birth year for Nancy Norris Jackson between the marriage record which says she was 40 years old in 1855 and her death record which says she was age 74 at her death in 1892. The marriage record sounds more reasonable as an estimated birth year of 1815 would make her closer in age to her husband. The death record informant was a nephew who may not have known her accurate age. Her Find-a-Grave memorial page has her birth as 12 Oct 1808 but where that info came from is not known. There is no photo of a gravestone. An unsourced rootsweb chart here: https://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=fox2&id=I016823 says that Nancy and a twin sister, Mary Jones Jackson, were both born 12 Oct 1815 at Hacker's Creek, Lewis County.    Her nephew was the informant on her death record and gave her age as 84. This calculates a birth year of about 1808 which agrees with her F-a-G memorial page. But there is no photo of grave marker to verify whether the marriage record or the death record is more accurate. The marriage record has her age as 40 in 1855 which would make her closer to her husband's age.
