I met with Mr. Talbott (William Presley) (who married my youngest sister) (Mary Polly Brent ) in Lexington

From Mr. Talbotts I went to Major Stanhopes 4 miles who married my cousin Milly Hurst,

From Stanhopes I went 4 miles to Peter Hurst's my cousin

From Mr. Hurst, went 5 miles to Mr. Furguson who married another of the Miss Hursts.

From thence I went to Mr Connelly's (John) who married my sister Fanny (Frances) they live near Bloomfield in Nelson County.

They have two sons who are Physicians

Then went 10 miles to Mr. Porter's (Philip) who married my oldest sister Nancy (Nancy Ann) they live near Taylorsville, Spencer County and have a number of sons and daughters all married but one son

From Mr Porters I went 30 miles to Frankfort, KY

I left Frankfort after staying one day & night and arrived here at (Mr Talbotts) a day or two ago.

Monday, to go to Lexington and make an arrangement with Mr Cooke about starting home.

I forgot to mention that I parted with Mr Cooke & Fitzhugh two weeks ago at Lexington & have never seen or heard from them

I shall proceed to Fleming Country & Paris and after a stay of a week about there I expect to start home & I think you may reasonably expect me to be at home about the middle of July.
