Nancy Bell was discharged 17 March 1871 as a "sixteener". Nancy married John H. Grey in 1890, They had one child Andrew John born abt 1897. Records of White Hall Soldiers Orphan School give Nancy Bell's birth date as March 12 1855. On her death certificate the birth date is 1862 - I suspect this is an error. There are at least two different handwriting samples on the death certificate.
