Lemuel Cooper was born in Delaware Co. Ohio March 31, 1834 and came to Indiana with his parents. It was here that he met Nancy A. Bever, whom he married July 25, 1860. She was born September 9, 1831, I believe in Fountain Co. Her parents were Joseph and Barbara Cain Bever. Lemuel passed away October 30, 1906 and Nancy on January 29, 1916 and both were laid to rest in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
