23 June 1821: Letter from William Clayton to his brother Ralph in St. Louis, MO: "...what makes it more memorable with us was the celebrating of Mr. Moses Guin's marriage to Miss B. Kincaid on that day." -- he was discussing a major rain that fell on the 30th and 31st of May, which is 10 days after the marriage date in the Bath records, so perhaps somebody read one of these 2 records wrong. [Rev. John Craig]
