    "Dimon, Moses, s. of Thomas.

    He purchased land from John Purdy, 19 Dec. 1670; and witnessed deed from John Burr to Jehu Burr, 1672/3.

    He m. [2 May 1670 by Ward Gen.] Abigail Ward, dau. Andrew. She m. (2) (by marriage contract, 2 June 1685 Edward Howard.

    Will 21 Mar. 1683 [1683/4]; wife Abigail; son Moses; daus. Abigail, Hester, Grace; brethren John Burr and Samuel Ward, overseers. Inv. 15 Apr. 1684.

    The overseers by the will complained 9 Feb. 1685 [1685/6] against Edward Howard, Exec’r by marriage. Howard thereupon engaged to pay the portions to the children. On 16 Mar. 1687/8, Abigail Howard complained that she wanted comforts and provisions for herself and child; the Court ordered her to live with one of the overseers of Moses Dimon’s estate at the charge of her husband Howard until he provides."
