    Indenture 24 Aug 1818 between Moses Ball and Elizabeth, his wife, of Lee Co, VA and Machael T. Brown of same county witness the said Moses Ball and Elizabeth in consideration of L & A that they bear toward Michael T. Brown, their son in law and in consideration of $1 in hand paid sell the said Brown 400 acres in Lee Co. Reserving for the benefit of John Mitchell Senior 25 acres and to complete and include the Salt Peter Cave known by name of Craigs and Mitchells Cave, William Heiskell "Tichys" and Craigs, with a fence and enclosure to be included in Reservation of 25 acres which Heiskell the Commissioner appointed to said Ball 26 July 1817 and by John Mitchell and Nancy, his wife, by deed 1 July 1817. Land is below the fort of Suk Run a branch of Indian Creek.
