Death Near Kirby Mrs. Minnie Flowers, wife of George Flowers, residing two and one-half miles west of Kirby, passed away Tuesday morning at 5 o'clock. Her death was caused by typhoid fever, from which she had suffered only a few days. Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, aged seven and two years. The funeral services occurred at the York street church Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock, interment taking place at the church cemetery. Rev. James Best, of Marseilles, officiated and the pallbearers were P., Henry. S.: Milo, Suter and Reuben Parsell. ========================================== The way they used the period, comma, and colon doesn't make sense to me in the pallbearers. Is someone's first name Henry or last name Henry? Were Milo, Suter, and Reuben Parsell the pallbearers? Is one S. Milo Parsell? Maybe one or a number of these make up the name of the funeral home instead? slw
