Evidence of insanity, Milford Colins Smith: His manner of acting, he imagines he possesses property, he is unable to take care of himself and is violent at times. He shows sudden passion towards his children, has been intemperate. Cause of insanity unknown. Class: mania. When admitted, physically in good condition, mentally quiet and coherent. Admitted Mar 26th 1884, released April 24 1884. Returned by new court, Jul 24 1884, died Sept 24 1884.
