  BREWSTER- Mildred C. Humphrey, 65, passed away Friday morning in her home at 405 Bridge St.
  She was born Oct. 28, 1914 in Methow, grew up and attended elementary school there and high school in Twisp.
  She married Wilmot E. Humphrey in Okanogan on March 8, 1939.
  After her marriage, they lived for a time on the coast and in California, returning to Elmer City then to Brewster in 1973.
  Survivors are her husband, Wilmot; her mother, Bertha Fields, Pateros; one sister, Mrs. Lee (Bessie) Moore, Wenatchee; and a brother, Earl Williams, Pateros. Her father, Lloyd Williams, preceded her in death.
  Barnes Chapel in Brewster is in charge of arrangements.
                MILDRED C. HUMPHREY - Services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 30, at 1 p.m. from the Barnes Chapel with Rev. Larry Trim officiating. Memorial services in Pateros, Washington Cemetery. Arrangements by Barnes Chapel, Brewster.
